First Silverware: |

Daring to go where angels fear to tread we entered Ellon's Invitation Sevens Tournament with the select of Scotland's S2 teams competing. Unsurprisingly we had a torrid time but definitely showed promise scoring some fine tries against high class opposition. |
We thereafter entered the Mackie Sevens with grounds for optimism. While we started poorly, we got better as the day went on and gave a stirring display in the plate competition final against Garioch. Proud captain, Ryan elegantly led his team to a 21-3 victory against Garioch. Ryan, Andrew and Chris scored six tries between them mostly from good passing moves. Liam also deserves mention for some particularly brave tacking and Shaun did some hard work in the boiler-room. |
It was great to see the Colts getting some tangible reward for their progress over the season. Special thanks should also go to Layleigh and Neil who helped out Wanderers at S1, Neil scoring a good try. |
