Club Tour Toulouse 2011
	Well Gents, it is now official – we a planning on having another tour! Depart – Friday 29th April 2011 Return – Monday 2nd May 2011 (May Bank Holiday) Location – Toulouse, France Costs will be in the Region of £350, the plan is to bring it in under that, and any surplus will be added to the first kitty! So here is what you need to do to book your place on the tour!
Email me (Chunky) at alex.moore@bg-group.com telling me you want to come. That will put you on the list, then a non-refundable £50 deposit needs to be paid to cover the costs of the flight and hotel deposit. There will be a first come first served policy, and this will be based on those that have paid the deposit NOT those that have just emailed me! Payment is preferred electronically, please contact me for these online bank details, if you can’t arrange this please let me know and alternative means can be arranged. Cheers for now Chunky
